The drivers have been installed correctly. The Jolla instructions were perfect. Its the sony instructions that are the problem.

Thanks for the reply. When I start the Xperia it starts up as normal (with Android) - No warning or anything unusual. Device manager installed the fastboot driver without any issues. Sean

All signs that bootloader was never unlocked, you get output in terminal how long process took if successful and you can't miss the yellow on black start up warning on unlocked device. You don't...

For me on Win10, `fastboot devices` does nothing for now because I haven't yet installed the drivers. So I'd say it's possibly a drivers issue.
